Applications are invited from Indian Nationals to work as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a research project funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT).
  • Title: Study of Vibrio cholerae porin OmpU towards elucidating its role in host immunomodulation. This project is aimed towards understanding the host-pathogen interactions on the immunological aspect. We intend to apply diverse methods of immunology, biochemistry, and cell biology to explore the host immunomodulation by V. cholerae OmpU.
  • Positions: 1
  • Essential Qualifications: M.Sc.in any branch of Life Sciences with excellent academic record, and having passed the NET (CSIR/UGC/LS) or GATE exams.
  • Duration: 2 years. Upon satisfactory performance employment may be extended for the 3rd year.
  • Emoluments: As per DST rule.
